A designer that specializes in interior space planning & functional layout design is much more difficult to find than a good architect or decorator. Check your local Houzz pros and look for that designation. If you cannot find someone close to you that offers that expertise then feel free to contact me for consultative options.

Interesting question, but I would suggest that you search out local architects or builders and see their work......If it is good quality and their clients are happy with them, then you can ask them to design your house.

Hello Sir, For an apartment building, mold shall not be much of an issue. If it is done properly and the gaps are closed then even insects/cockroaches are not a problem in the brick walls. In fact they become more beautiful after some weathering and exposure. The man-made alternatives to actual brick finish are, brick tiles, brick wall papers, brick design laminates and MDF sheet.
