I'm not sure where you are building, but in my area, stairs leading into an open plan living area would be deemed as a fire escape hazard. Also agree with the comment above in that the vehicle parking area could be intrusive - unless you like looking at vehicles (or perhaps it is due to site constraints?). Apart from that, it's an interesting layout and it would be good to see how the elevations work.

Hello Pravin, Instead of suggestions we do have some questions, GF 1- Do you need a bath that is 10 ft long? Its too close to your dining. GF 2- Do you need a balcony in GF. What is the purpose? Given the space crunch it may be worthwhile to reduce the balcony space. The bath is located at the far end and may be inconvenient for guests to walk through the entire home for a visit. FF For a 3 BHK you have XXL size 3 balconies and one Terrace! May be you need that much open space, just give it a thought. Kitchen is larger than most of the rooms. The kitchen sink should go towards the corner next to the stove area since the plumbing would be easier due to the bathroom pipeline on that wall. The stove should be moved from there to the basin area but more central. I couldn't zoom in but what is loft above. Anyway, I think you could get rid of that wall and make it a half wall, and include a counter with 2 -3 bar chairs like for quick meals. Puja area, I think would be better elsewhere since there is non-veg food and sometimes alcohol consumption. You could have more like a partition shelf wall between dining and living, need to think more on moving the puja area somewhere else. Also, since the common bathroom is right there, you would not need another basin next to the dining area, its just not a good sight . You could mail me the floor plan and we could work on it more elaborately, but this is simply a skimmed review of the layout. Hope I was helpful .

Hey Nidhi, Vastu Related Suggestions: You should avoid putting Staircase and Toilet in East corner. Don't Give Second Door in SW. Do Pooja Area near by East corner.  Put the Hob on East wall (fridge wall). Reagrds, Purva
