antislip and easy maintainance tiles for exterior is the key. choose any shade, colour, size. must not have deep textures as that's gonna be tough later in use. do consider slope and drainage appropriately as terrace may lead to water proofing issues in future. make sure skirting is everywhere and corners with top part of the balcony wall is tiled properly. thanks shradha shah beescheese design

Thanks everyone, I'm planning to get my floor tiled up soon, and then later the whitewash. So before all that, I wanna do away with the construction part, if required to transform this hideous corner. I had the roller blinds in my mind to hide these iron windows, but I will also look at options for changing them windows entirely if budgets allow. I might have to use some false ceiling work as well. Posters, I don't think can find space here, but a lounger sofa-bed is a surething with some nice lights. Please do share some pictures of the lights and loungers and floor tiles if you may, for suggestion. I'll be obliged. Thanks again!

Rahul, You have a large space at your disposal.You may want to specify the usage and the family requirements to get an informed opinion. There are many things noticable and giving a detailed feedback on the entire place isn't feasible here. However, it appears that the rooms will not get too much of natural light. There are almost 7-8 different type of seating areas in the house at the cost of other functional spaces like kitchen, baths. Is this space meant more for guests usage. IMHO, the walkin wardrobes storage specified wouldn't be sufficient. Accessibility of Dumb waiter and the shoe racks need to be re-looked. Pooja Room and Study are having a long dungeon like feel.
