I think a comfortable distance between the island and the counter is around 42". It seems that you have only 30" between your cook top and the counter. I might be a little too tight. The wall between the entrance and the kitchen could be 4' long instead of 6', you would then be able to move the island a foot which would give you more room between the cook top and the island. Could you switch the location of the toilet and vanity in your dad's bathroom so your enter facing a vanity instead of a toilet which is a lot nicer.

Hello Pravin, Instead of suggestions we do have some questions, GF 1- Do you need a bath that is 10 ft long? Its too close to your dining. GF 2- Do you need a balcony in GF. What is the purpose? Given the space crunch it may be worthwhile to reduce the balcony space. The bath is located at the far end and may be inconvenient for guests to walk through the entire home for a visit. FF For a 3 BHK you have XXL size 3 balconies and one Terrace! May be you need that much open space, just give it a thought. Kitchen is larger than most of the rooms. In the master bathroom, if you plan this way you will get bigger space for your wash basin section. Go for this option for the bathroom . The dimensions are 5' x 9' and the plumbing lines i.e. inlets and outlets will not be scattered . 50% of the layout is same except the dresser is shifted in the corner and study table is placed instead. Try not to provide the mirror opposite to the bed where you can see yourself in the sleeping position. Bathroom plan as per the first one and bedroom plan as per the second image.
