Please forgive my comments if they are not applicable as it is difficult to read the plans from my computer and I am unable to enlarge them. I live in America so I recognize the difference in cultures but just a few things you may want to consider: The kitchen appears to have windows that have a view to nothing significant, whereas if it was on the opposite side of the house, the views would be of the lovely garden. Also, the kitchen appears a distance from the garage, where the grocery/shopping items would be carried in from. I believe a better location would be somewhere closer to the garage with easier access to transport items. Another consideration is the idea we call a "Great Room"--whereby the kitchen is open & next to the living room. This is a beautiful layout conducive to ongoing conversation with guests & family members alike and much prefered to cooking in a room alone, separated from loved ones. Since the house is multiple levels, I would recommend placing the laundry room (washer/dryer) on the level with the most bedrooms. This allows for ease of accessibility vs. up/down multiple stairs to transport dirty/clean clothes. Best wishes to you! It's 2 floor and 1 attic area of 1 floor is around 1900sqft 2nd 800sqft attic area of 800sqft We want 4 bedroom ..4 washroom ,1 huge living room,open kitchen ,temple room ,walk in closet ,laundry room etc .. please suggest the best layout

Yup, in this case it is possible. But: - - having a proper walk in closet is hard - guest toilet will have to serve as common for living area. - average bedroom size would be around 12'X12'. - If there is staircase it will also take around 60-70 sqft area at least. - Please Note- Around 20-25% of total built up area is just wall area. So like if your house built up area is 1000sqft then the Carpet Area( the area which you will be able to see and use) is around 800sqft. Also, it depends on your lifestyle also, the way you live as it is a very subjective thing. For some people 12'x12' bedroom size is more than enough while some prefer having a 20'X16' bedroom with 10'x8' walk-in closet. It would be better if you could provide layout of the land and other information, there are many other factors that need to be consider for any house design. :)
