An uninspiring view of building next door was camaflouged with the help of lot of indoor plants -big and small in beautiful planters and other accessories. Stained glass birds sitting on a branch, colourfull bottles and metal butterflie fixed on glass panes made this sitout area very inviting.

Hi Anu, You did a nice job with designing balcony. If you like plants, then you can grow herbs, flowers, vegetables, it will give your balcony a cozy look and cool feel in this hot summer. You can have bookshelf if you are a reader. From the images it can be seen that balcony length is more, so you can develop a corner for your hobbies or whatever that is you like to do in free time. Currently balcony is enclosed having a one partition wall with the dining area. I would like to open it with a sliding glass door, but the balcony space bit small. --- u can use French door instead of sliding glass. Or folding sliding door is also an option. There is a attached balcony with one bedroom which is quite big but I don't see any use of it. So, how can utilize this space? I am not intend to make it as a storage space. ---- u can arrange a sit out with a bookshelf and make a reading corner...or convert in any hobby space... Need some suggestions about beautification, interiors in the current living, dining area. --- u can take help of professional as a living space is just not about beautifying it, it has some functions and according to personal needs and choice this can be different from person to person.
