Hi Ankur, Try and incorporate some semi open spaces you can walk into, a sit out balcony and also check the openings on the external wall ( your master bedroom has a long wardrobe on the external wall, leaving no space for windows for ventilation. Do consider contacting a professional, to have an efficient floor plan with minimum waste of space and optimum ventilation.
@Wing Feather Impressions - thanks for the feedback. We are looking for a glass wall in Drawing room which is only possible if we have drawing room facing balcony.
@Shreela Sharan Architects - I love to have some semi open space which we are planning in balcony + big glass wall in drawing room.
The master bedroom wall having the wardrobe cannot have the window as it is covered with other property. Any other idea to have some open sitting area? It has only two open area - towards washing area (service lane) and balcony (main street)
Hey Ankur thanks for updating. If you have scope to change layout then you should. As there are few issues that i can see... like less window are for rooms, drawing room should be near entry...If you like i can suggest you these changes.
Thanks for your prompt reply. This layout needs to be replanned in detail with various changes. You can contact us for a detailed discussion and complete design solution.
hi Ankur since the construction has not started it would be better that you orient your rooms strategically so that they get natural light and the areas like bathroom and other such utlities can be directed on the wall that share with other property . Get in touch with us and we can guide with the perfect solution
