how this green colour wall is done? is it colour in ply or colour on mdf?

We used PU for its gloss finish. Yes, it can be painted on the wall directly. Sharing work in process pics as I don't have a video.

No, the design shapes are of teakwood profiles

I observed few pics have corner design or grooves in false ceiling but pic is not full, if u can share full pic
