Consider the direction in which you want to sleep. Generally, it is preferred to sleep with head pointing east or west, not north or south. Based on this, layout 1 looks good as it gives you a clear U-shaped walking area.

My humble opinion is one needs space in the bedroom to walk around, dress or for yoga, stretching, etc. But this is just my opinion, not imposing it. I have a similar size bedroom and am struggling with space, there is a big wardrobe occupying 48x24 space on the floor and a mini Godrej Almirah, which I cannot get rid off for sentimental reasons(!). Plus I have a small readymade computer table. My bed is twin single beds put together and is 60"x72". Space is a big problem, so I liked your Layout 1. Would you consider the TV to be mounted in the bottom right corner? Is it a large screen TV?

I do not want a tv, was wondering how else you'd use the space, I think it's too small for a table maybe a dresser would do..

In the drawing, I am unable to make out the dimension whether your door wall is 11'6" or its 10'3". So this plan might work out well. Book shelf is optional and the wardrobe shutters are sliding. This way you have your passage clear for balcony and wardrobe .
