OK Vivek, that was a suggestion, it is manageable but please take your call. However, this 2 nd floor plan may need a discussion. Ideally, a kitchen meant for a studio and a 4 .5 bedroom house should not be of the same size. You may want to increase the size of kitchen looking at the size of 2nd and 3rd floor layouts. While am still going through the various probabilities of what could be, my idea of the 2 part multipurpose living room would be a planted vertical wall, along a cream/beige stone wall 3D panel to compliment and contrast with bright furniture, grey small sofa with pastel or bold yellow, and accent colors like green and blue in gem tones...carpet/rug, sofa throw pillows, side table...Maybe, a bright yellow Lounge Chair and finish with floor lamps and Lighting to accentuate the same. That said, I do prefer that material used is Eco Friendly as much as possible. The 2nd part of the living room would be eclectic design....neutral small sofa, cream 3D Panel...maybe a turquoise rug. In short, a small boho living space. In terms of budget...While, I do have an idea of the market, I'll like to hear you out. Yes, am open to hiring from outside my locality.
