I mean the fabric I posted above to be an example of the kind of colour you could use for your bedcovers; they could be plain provided the fabric is a bit interesting, with a bit of texture. Alternatively, an unobtrusive pattern. The thing is to find something that will blend with both your wood and your walls. That with cream sheets and pillows, and a throw cushion that brings in the coral (or whatever colour you use) -- that's where the cream and coral should be -- and you're all set, I think. No reason not to use the coral on your dressing table seat, I just wouldn't put it on a big area, like curtains or bed. With either of the other two colours I posted you could do things in exactly the same way, because they are both quite bright. For a suggested rug colour, see my collage above. Hover your cursor on it and check the bottom left -- a simple rug that's almost exactly the colour of your walls. I think that would be good. I hope this makes sense. I've just woken up (late) and am going back to bed because I had a rotten night. :(

Hi if it is the Bone China ceramic effect if you are looking for?..Then my suggestion would be please get a ICI Dulux wood white spray painted .Then you can get it hand painted by Jaipuri artisans.They have similar patterns like bone China,using shades of cobalt,copper sulphate with highlights of silver paint.You can try pasting crystals as well.Then use the sealant to spray paint on it to fix the colours.

Dear Balaji, Tried and tested colour combinations that make wood work stand out will be in contrast to dark brown. You can choose reflective colours like pale yellow, off white.. In Berger Paints you could check out 3P1844 Sauvignon White, 3P1854 Fresh Linen, 7P0185 Fabulous White. Also, the website offers Virtual Colour Painter which you can use by uploading your room photo. @Rock Doc: Are you addressing this to me? I haven't actually bought these tiles yet - when I do, I will definitely be going for the handmade ones. They're a work of art and irreplaceable in my opinion. However, there are also screen-printed tiles available in the market in more or less the same patterns; the workmanship is of course different, but you get them cheaper, and they're also more easily available. You could give that a shot. I'd recommend Aakaar Flooring Solutions - they're here on Houzz and are able to provide both the above-mentioned types.
