First, I would ask the builder to give you the dimensions of the furniture used in the plan. Since they've already done the legwork-you will know which pieces will fit. Many times folks go the the furniture store and end up with a huge sectional and it over powers the room. Second, just get what you love! You have to live there. Start to create an idea book in Houzz. You'll start to see a pattern. Then just find a sofa like the one in your pic that is in your price range. Just keep repeating until you have all your pieces. Same thing with wall decor (which I would do last). Have fun!

Priyanka, Wallpaper on doors is not a good idea. You can go for laminate panelling on the wall and matching laminates on the doors. You can choose a veneer as well. The space is too wide for a single door though. You will have to plan accordingly. I am assuming you are talking about the brown door and not the other black door in picture. add a mirror in each niche, use a nice wallpaper behind it and simple curtain blinds will make it interesting. Use a highlight paint on ceiling to match with wallpaper

hi! you can go for a profile table along the sofa horizontally in middle of the both areas. you can have small width partitions of fluted glass. an open shelving unit can also be a good option. thanks!
