Following are my comments : 1.Buying cheaper branded sanitary fittings is only possible when you buy the same in bulk quantities. But I would like to highlight that these are one of the most important fixtures in the stated space. Don't compromise on the quality of it if you want them to survive the long run.(You can go for the Jaquar continental series or change to Parryware) You can certainly compromise on the WC & the WB since even brands like Somany give good ceramic fixtures at relatively low cost. There you can save your bucks. 2. I haven't worked on PVC vanity but can comment that marine ply cabinets also stand well for the wear and tear. 3. You can go ahead with just the glass partition avoiding the cubicle door. 4. Yes you can but the selection should be on the lighter side of the colour palette so that the bathroom should not look more claustrophobic due to its small size(2 m x 3.5m which is normal in today's real estate market in mumbai). where do u stay... if ur really interested in changing ur kitchen in a spacious manner.. pls consult us for the same.. i will make more use of space with necessary electronics gadgets to be placed along with other necessary food items... Because whatever is the square feet we get in kitchen.. the fridge space and the sink space is dead to use, sink below space will be used for storing dustbin and fennel bottles,etc to store.. etc.. and if u dont have space for washing machine then that also will be used in kitchen if there is no space anywhere.. so basically make a list of ur requirement for anyone to work on it, so that they will give their best ideas on it..

what place is this? Need some details

Many thanks for your valuable comments. 1. My intention of raised cabinets was to clean it daily, as cabinets that touch floor accumulate lot of dust and food particles below. If we rule out steel legs, any inputs on raised floor only of cabinet area and then cabinets?(Just like plinth in modular cabinets- but this will be permanent and of tiles) I have not seen such structure anywhere, so curious if it will work. Otherwise I will go with traditional ones. 2. Moving pooja out of kitchen is very difficult as other rooms are just enough for their function. Currently a small Mandir is attached on wall where Fridge is shown in layout. I thought the new area could be little extra for all pooja related things. Will like to know the reason of your recommendation, is it odd in whole design, or not suitable in area .. or anything else? How about moving it to corner of dining area?
