we feel the dining and Kitchen are total disconnected. and you need to pass thru all to reach living area. according to vastu the next best place will be NW corner. rest looks good.

Master bedroom on 1st floor should be in southwest corner

don't know much about wastu, but your ground floor layout is missing one common toilet, and the placement of puja room and kitchen is bit odd. as kitchen needs to be closer to dinning and living area..and puja room need to be center peace of house.

at fist floor layout the bedroom placement in North West corner is not good kind of making space cramped it would be amazing if you use that space for open like study and all so that you could be able to make house looks spacious..

don't worry about the second floor it's perfect.

that's just my opinion...

Hi Sagar,

The person who has designed this house has only considered Vastu in mind, but when you are designing a space it should be functional enough. You should be convenient in using that space in long run. As mentioned above, kitchen and dining should be adjacent to each other for conveniency. There is no common toilet on the ground floor for guest uses. Puja room should be somewhere in the interior of the house, it should not be at the entry. You can go for a Puja room on the first floor as well, since it's for family uses. This plan needs a lot of changes, better go for a professional help.

Thanks you all for ur comments... this has been done by the professional architect... but he went with our requirements...

The drawing itself says that it's done by a professional. You ask your architect to redesign it and hope all the feedback will help you. If you are really want a plan as per Vastu, try to keep kitchen, staircase, main entrance, puja room, bedroom positions as per Vastu if possible. You just explain about the feedback to your architect, I am sure he/she will come out with a very good plan.

Avoid having a toilet above the kitchen.

From the Vastu point, you can interchange your kitchen with the living room. This way the entrance will be perfect and the kitchen and dining will connect properly. If you plan the Drawing room there you can have open stairs for the better view and it will look more spacious.

Your pooja room is all good. Include a W.C. in the common area on the ground floor.

cant see the main gate from kitchen, place a window there, place living room under the double height, change the place of pooja room so that you can adjust dining and living room near kitchen

Hi Sagar, Plan is perfect. Go ahead! you just need to change the WC seat location only. the interchange with washbasin.

if i am not wrong the bed is in wrong position on both floors, the head is towards the north direction which is not suitable, please cross check with other designers and vastu consultant also
