bathroom/ store room delima

i have a 3bhk,with 3 bathrooms .1 of the bathrooms is a common one.is it advisable to convert it into a store room as room size is small,plus we hv very rare guests.

Nidhi,

IMHO, it is a very personal call.

If you rarely have guest coming in and 2 baths are sufficient for you and rare guests then you may do it. The bedroom should be accessible for guests though.

However you may want to decide if you want to close it permanently by closing/removing fixtures or store as is. Second option has some issues over time though.

Share your floor plan to have an informed opinion.

OK... but the wire wont be lower as it is fixed now. The wire in the pics below is the wall facing each other. They were leveled on equal height but the beam on one wall makes it seem a little above. But i think you guys are absolutely right that up and down lights wont look good there. I think you are right about down lights lessismoore. Would it look good if i go with two different lights on opposite walls??? it would look odd right.

see according to your discription about the room u should place the wardrobe on the right corner close to the bathroom as it must will be lot more easier for u to access the cupboard beside going to the other end of the room and a large l shaped table with over head storage and underneath the table so that u can store more of the stuff with minimum usage of the area and the reason behind this long ribbon like table all over the area is to provide max. space for ur work area as well as study like u can study or work in front of that window so that u can get the natural light in the day and the left corner can be used for operating your pc ......i hope u can understand my logic something like this kind of storage above that study table to keep things more organized ......and u can even use mirror panels for your cupboard that will give you full length mirror coverage

Hai Komal Mathur don't mistake me I will give suggestion entering your house in left balcony you can try sliding doors,In right side remove unwanted chairs, caram board, better to close bathroom door and open inside bedroom you can shift sofa to the bathroom corner in right bedroom corner you can fix corner design cubboard as like below in your seeling you have to correct wiring in below the clock you can draw one drawing like this if feel free call 9962068789

Nidhi,

To us, it seems it would be difficult when the guests come as the other rooms are too far off and would be a compromise on privacy.

Can you take a middle way where only half the bath is used as storage and just a toilet seat and a small basin in the second half. there will be a partition wall offcourse.
