My suggestions

- The entrance and placement of staircase is not right.

It is only creating circulation space.

- Rear space is not utilised . not sure why its left open.

- Two flight staircase would save space.

- you have two kitchens , if its planned for two families the entire plan has many flaws

- toilet widths are small

relook at the planning with a professional architects help.

From a professional point of view, the space planning is not upto the mark. More than 45% of area is wasted in circulation and the magnificent frontage of the plot is left ignored. We would strongly recommend you to re-work the floor plan, if possible.
If re-working is not an options, consider the following:

1. Connectivity of spaces to each other
2. Width and layout of the staircase
3. Furniture layout for the ‘hall’ marked in the attached plan
4. Open spaces and balconies
5. The proportion of the bedroom and its bathroom.
