This is great . i ca not bulis more than 1 floor since its commes under EWC area and we have approval onky G +1 ..hence the plan being made. Would you be able suugest me the whats color and sofas can be putup in living room ,bed rooms and first floor living hall.

Maintain a minimum width of staircase as 3ft, the space in between the flights can be reduced.

If possible shift the pooja room toward the partition wall of the kitchen and living. Make a big window for good light and ventilation in the place of the existing pooja room.

In the first floor remove 1 toilet and make the bedroom big.

For the other bedroom Reduce the size of the balcony and increase the size of the bedroom.

Use light colors for furniture and avoid heavy furniture and dark colors.

Keep wall colors and curtain colors neutral .

Add more mirrors.

1. Pooja room shifted towards kitchan Wall.
2. Big mirorr near at staircase and existing pooja place.
3. At least i need two bed rooms. hence the toilet kept next to the master bed room.

You can move the ground floor powder room to under the staircase (landing height should suffice, or move the stairs going up from the landing towards the wall and use that area). That makes the dining (and maybe kitchen) a little more open.
