I am looking to transition to a built in hob for the first time. Would like some tips on how to choose a hob, especially the flame strength and cooking time, which is where i hear the maximum complaints. Does a brass burner itself ensure the same flame as a normal cooktop stove? or do i need to look for a multi burner. Will the smallest burners on these hobs take long for just making tea or coffee? Looking for a no fuss transition . Are the hobs by Kaff, Bosh, Siemens good?
