I recently had my tub refinished and had to fix a leaky faucet. My faucet drips constantly. Is the leaky faucet only any issue during the drying time or do I need to be on the lookout for dripping in the future and get it fixed ASAP?

Side note: I realized this is something I should just get fixed right away but it requires shutting of the water for my whole condo building and that includes 15+ units and is a bit of a hassle.
