@Dar - We hired a builder and he gave us this blueprint according to our requirements. We started constructing with the foundation and then after foundation the real problem came into picture. Now i'm worried about the front elevation only. We have already decided to make the kitchen open n combine it with dining hall. As per your suggestions we can combine the stair hall which is in our hands. Let me tell you the most important thing, we are constructing each and every room according to "Vastu Shastra". So we are forced to place rooms according to that. We can't change the position of the rooms. I hope interior decoration will help us to flourish our home.

We initially planned to renovate our old home. But during the middle of renovation work, we changed our mindset to build a new one. Hence we made a house design by ourselves(3BHK) with the help of our local builder and to save the cost we tried to reuse all possible materials that were extracted while demolishing our old home((i.e.., like red tiles placed on the top of left side of porch). The project is in last phase, now I feel that still we could do something to enhance the beauty of exterior of home by getting some ideas from experts. We just finished the painting of primer coating, yet to paint the final color. The pic you posted with color looks awesome, planning to paint the same color. Dear Shubham, I am Ravi Prakash and I am an Architect. A lot of information required to start with any project, like context, site, plot, budget, timelines and many more. It appears like you had not consult a professional assistance for your hotel as I don't see anything interesting in this building. Its just a boring box with lot of windows.
