Without sun shade ,at rainy days this side wall is full of water.pls advice where to place a sunshade or whether industrial sunshade is sufficient.
The walls seems to be exposed, the chances of water absorption are higher and usual. The Sunshade might not protect the wall completely . To an extent water absorption will be there and will create the dampness on wall. You can go for temporary shade installation at terrace level that will cover your wall.
Secondly go for damp treatment methods available in markets , paint solutions and additives.

You said ryt.wall is a exposed wall.mistake happened while constructing..according to design ,forgot to put sunshades.Pls help me with temporary shades design.links or pics etc.it will be very helpfull
Could you please elaborate the reason what are the problems you face due to the exposed wall? Is it the dampness due to rain you want to prevent or does it get hot inside during sunny days?
Based on your specific requirement, better solutions can be provided.
Plan the MS framed with Galvanized sheet shade at the terrace floor level, below the extended terrace floor . The support system will be on the Brick work ad so the water dripping through the parapet wall can be left on this sunshade. The L shaped structure with support of two perpendicular wall will take the shade load.
Seal with U mould at the junction of wall and shade to avoid dripping along the wall.
Next go for Solution based treatment at the Terrace slab to avoid Seepage ,water capillary action.
This wall is constructed just 3months ago.Now it's rain season here.so I found it before plastering. Here it's seeing that this wall is exposed to rain .if rain with wind comes .what to say .the wall becomes wet and water comes inside the home through wall by leaking thru brick. This is the stair case wall.and local contractor saying if we plaster cement by tight.water doesn't come.but whatever if water flows regularly ,the wall will be damaged na.pls give advice.what to do .is there any option with sunshade.
If you plaster the wall with cement plaster and some water profing , you are blocking the reach of absorbing surface with the plaster, Chances are really less the water will seep through the plaster to the laterite wall. (Please do confirm if its the laterite block - beacuse it has high absorbtion since its porous). Sunshade is and temporary solution to avoid the direct rain hitting to your wall, u can save that by extending your shade ( if its feasible on site ).
Thank you .
First of all plaster the exposed walls as there's no resistant layer to protect it from rain. Make arrangement of extending shed by using MS fabrication work and fix galvanium roof on it.
Also, you can use asian paint's damp proof for protection against rain and even you can apply it on top terrace slab.
Okay .plastered..I will try this paint as you said. One more doubt is that on the flat teress (fresh concrete teress)which chemical to use in the cement for plastering, and after plastering ,above that -white cement painting is enough or Asian paints damp proof protection.)
On terrace, waterproofing treatment is must. If waterproofing is already done then asian's damp proof protection is reliable.
