A lot of remodelling would depend upon the budget .BTW, I really appreciate your honesty about the affordability ! Coming back to the topic, I believe your TV unit is placed in a good position but other units will require movement. Please do confirm the size. Hey Rohit, One thing we have learned that it is difficult to convert our weaknesses to strengths, but it is very doable! 42' of living and dining room space could be advantageous! off the top of our heads, here are a few things you could do. Split the space into formal and informal seating areas, basically creating 2 rooms (not counting the dining) in one space Push the dining in the middle of the room, closer to the middle bedroom, and add a swing near the balcony. In case the large size makes it uncomfortable, you can add a partition between the dining and balcony. and design the space in a way that opening the balcony doors, converts your indoors to outdoors, creating the feel of a terrace. lastly, the simplest of solutions would be to add a partition (solid or otherwise) to divide in room into 2 parts, a living space and a dining space! We want to replace our dinning table and tea table and plan to have both of Burma teak to be custom made . Still need to decide on wall paper , false ceiling and false partition . Dinning area and drawing area are in one area . What would be a good colour and design time choose for teak wood dinning table and what kind of other decoration and false ceiling accessories would match with it . Are teak wood dinning in and suits with other decoration for dinning .
