We have a plot of size 56 * 45 = 2520 sqft. Corner plot, NE facing.

We are currently looking to construct only G and we would probably construct G+1, G+2 in 3-5 years.

Carpet area would be 1500 sqft with 2 bedrooms(1 attached bathroom), kitchen, pooja room, internal and external staircase, common bathroom/toilet.

Since we are using an open kitchen with big hall we expect the construction cost to come down and we expect to be charged for what we take .
