I have a budget of 60-70 lakhs. is it possible to buy a plot & build a nice looking & quality house with this budget in Nagpur. I would prefer the area to be decent one, upper middle class. it should be having at least three bedroom. If yes, what would be the max plot & actual construction size in sq.ft. Please suggest the locations if possible. And what should be the master bedroom size to accommodate king size bed, side tables & cupboard. Thank you
