rcc construction beam screw fittings for swing

our rcc construction building is 25 years old. we have enclosed balcony. it has rcc beam all 4 sides. we want to hang 2 seater swing in that area. how to install it?

    Jai,

    It looks recently repaired. please check with the contractor about the feasibility before you purchase.

    The swing hooks come with 4 anchor bolts each side which will be sufficient for the requirement .

      these hooks attached to slab directly...can bare swing weight + weight of 2 people? im not sure slab is strong enough?!

      Yes, the hooks are strong enough . But whether the slab is strong enough is what you have to get an expert opinion after inspection.

      As a civil engineer, I would strongly recommend you to first check the strength of slab and then go for swing or else it can prove to be fatal.

      our contractor is recommending to fasten H shape rods with steel plates , both sides....with rcc Bim...is it allowed to fix such rod to rcc Bim with screw fittings?
