I have just completed the block work, plastering of G+2 on a plot area of 40x40.

The 3rd floor walls of 50% area have been done, need to build another 50% walls and cast the slab.

I am looking for a solution for a low dead load roof terrace as I do not want to put more load on the foundation.

Want a experienced solution provider who can complete rest of the pending work of doing the staircase, casting low load terrace roof, tiling, plumbing, painting & handover site as soon as possible.

Do contact only if you have labour force who are experienced, who can complete work asap in schedule at competent rates.

No advance shall be paid but payment shall be released on achieving each milestone.
