I do see that the tv unit is quite far from your seating area which creates an off-balance room with all the furniture slid to the bottom half of the room. Please be more specific about your concern!

Hello Madhumita, What's the size of television you have? 18 ft or 12 ft may be too much of a viewing distance for a decent size TV. Foyer partition may be made of MDF jali or glass to not completely separate the area from the rest of the house. It is a good idea for privacy and comfort of guests. Tv in a kitchen will do only if there is a siting arrangement done in the kitchen like dining or may be open bar counter connected with living room and kitchen then it can be good option for use of it.

Ma'am I don't know about your budget but these screenshots i took from Wooden street app along with the price. you could go with something like these, whether carpenter made or online/offline stores. for sofe you could go with L-shaped sofas, your might find in cheaper prices too. these are just for an idea.
