hi, every room has enough window openings for ventilation and yes your right room has east facing window so it receive morning sunlight but left room will receive sunlight in afternoon only

west side .. .window has to increase the length, as air flows from west side

If its under construction, then please make the furniture layout along with the window positions. Just taking care of the cross ventilation and not planning the furniture might create restrictions.

In bedroom (300×528) only one ventilator is enough

1 window is enough in lounge, for bedroom South Side window not required
