What you are looking for is vernacular architectural elements and green building elements fused together to function as one fluid structure.

That is very much possible with the material but adobe alone won't be enough for your region (salt concentration and humidity in atmosphere).

You need to incorporate strawbale and lime paste into the mud mortar or, a more durable option, CEB (Compressed Earth Blocks) which are the same thing and mud could be plastered on them just like brick and mortar.

Second, the house is to be designed in such a way to introduce sustainability with local materials and techniques.

Third, including RE elements like Solar PV, Wind and biomass energy into the project to make it a standalone built environment.

Other features should include sustainable livelihoods and lifestyle, organic farming and permaculture etc.
