You can go for back painted glass, too many colour choices are there in the market. And the best part is you just have to finalise the design and pattern and fix it and Its done .

In wadrobe right door you can fix glass and then small white door in two doors cut center portion and fix glass like below type patterns as you like

How about giving the whole thing an uniform coat of paint and then using a stencil to spray paint any nice uniform design like say a geometric pattern or jali or something like that? it would give a feeling of wholeness. The above design is divided and fragmented. It is giving a cluttered kind of vibe.

There are lots of self adhesive wall papers with lot of good design n sizes u can stick them over it no need of professional help but try to get waterproof or the one u can wipe it with wet cloth some of the available on Amazon n cheap way of remodeling ur furniture look...
