Hello Gaurav, it depends upon your ceiling height. If its 8' then go for up to the ceiling. But if its more then you have to judge and decide as per the size of your bathroom.
there's no specific height constraints to tiling when it comes to bathroom. It really depends on the layout and interior design of the bathroom. 5'-7' tiling height is more of a human scale as it stays at eye level.
Anything beyond that would appreciable only from a certain distance. So, even if your bathroom is smaller/ narrower and more than 8' in height, tiling upto ceiling with an appropriate shade gives an illusion of space and a relaxing ambience.
