A good tile installer that knows what he is doing, can easily remove that single piece of tile.... carefully replace it with another one. Do you have another extra pieces of the same tile? Do you know what brand and color the existing grout is? That will be more of the issue trying to get the grout match to match up or the finding the same tile (in the same dye lot) if you need to buy another tile. Did the heat cause the break or did a pan bang into the glass? Consider installing a heat resistant Lumicor or 3 Form panel behind the stove. Dear Vinod, That's what happens when you give a project to a carpenter cause they view it as the single element and can't imagine where and how it is going on with the space around. "They literally don't care" except the money they save in that project. As the wardrobe is glossy and dark gray you have to make-over everything in that room to makle it look better. So better go for removing it which is more economical, and if your wardrobe is done with solid wood or timber just go for wood finish paints (veener/varnish/some other) or else go for duco paint or any other that can be applied on it. But BETTER consult a Designer or an Architect to those kind of works not carpenter or some vender. And lastly remove that funky looking overhead outcrop. Have a nice day

Jeco, Price variations do often confuse a home owners. Going a bit off topic, often we have to politely say no to clients who are looking for a fixed cost on day 1. The design evolves over a period. Pricing is extremely sensitive to location and materials selected. For example there are materials that would start from 60 sft to 1000 sft which can be used for this external construction. Unless that material is specified it is difficult to pindown the price. Having said that it should be in the range of 2-5 lakhs in Bangalore. This idea definitely looks good but have you considered that this is a terrace sit out and design and the requirements of porch are completely different. I dont think u can use this golden laminate sheet on gypsum ceiling , i m not a expert though. In the ceiling of one of the room i have used mdf sheet and used the same golden laminate to highlight the border.
