Comments (17)Vikas, you need to stop typing, and pay attention to our advice! You need an architect. If it is a Western architect you're looking for, then search Houzz "Find Local Pros". Perhaps you could contact a Houzzer named Dytecture - here's his Houzz page: http://www.houzz.com/user/dytecture That is really all we can do to help you....See Moreneed measurement advice for kitchen
Comments (2)Here's the explanation of how to know if you have room. Your total inches is 100. Assuming you have cabinet on each side, subtract 25.5 for each side (the depth of your countertops) and now you have 49" left. You need 33-48" on EACH side of the island. If you used a 12" deep cabinet for your island instead of the normal 24" depth, take the 49" and subtract 12 (but you will have some counter overhang) and you have 37" left. Divide 37 by 2 and this gives you only 18.5" of space on each side of your island - not nearly enough space to move around or to open doors/drawers/appliances....See MoreAdvice on house layout

Lavatory Problem areas that need to be fixed - Entryway into the house is very dark during the day due to lack of natural lighting. Want to open up the kitchen area as it is very congested. Want to incorporate a walk - in closet and convert a bedroom into an Ensuite Need space for a study cum office area. I am ok with demolishing the walls and have 1 bathroom instead of 2, but do not want to compromise on the 3 Bedrooms. Switching the rooms is also possible. Thank you all....See Morei need design layout for my ground + 2 bunglow
Comments (5)Greetings of the day Deepesh! From a professional point of view, the space planning is not upto the mark. More than 45% of area is wasted in circulation and the magnificent frontage of the plot is left ignored. We would strongly recommend you to re-work the floor plan, if possible. If re-working is not an options, consider the following: Connectivity of spaces to each other Width and layout of the staircase Furniture layout for the ‘hall’ marked in the attached plan Open spaces and balconies The proportion of the bedroom and its bathroom. Please feel free to contact us for more information or any queries that may arise. Warm regards, TEAM POCHĒ...See MorePrasath
