yvonne, yes i guess we can use it in the dining. The dinining room is small and doesnt have any windows. the kitchen has a lot of natural light that will come across to the dining due to the open kitchen plan. We will be buying new furniture for the dining. We could buy a glass top table with wood chairs / wood table with wood chairs. The room will be painted offwhite similar color as the base of this fabric. All walls will be painted the same color by the builder, Afer taking possession of the house we can repaint it where needed for accent wall etc. Its an appartment, we live in India.

Do you mean plans for construction? There are many sites on the Internet that will have samples for you. The main issue is that local ordinances require setbacks from property lines and these free samples may not fit what your local building department may require. You can usually access the setback information from your building department online, but a trip down to talk to a planner may be necessary. Start there, finding a house plan that fits within that footprint is the second step.

Vinod, Bedrooms are a relaxing place, where you should have as less distractions as possible. Having a big mirror facing you could keep you engaged before sleeping and may thus cause a little late sleeping. However, we don't throw out the mobile for the same reason ..do we ;) While you are not in a deep sleep and if you suddenly get up (your senses are only half awake) first thing you see is a reflection of yourself and that too in a dishevelled condition it may startle, shock or even scare you depending on the lighting condition. Hi Tanzil. Greetings, The plan is looking very generous. Nothing to criticize but a little thinking could make a real good plan for egl. 1) The hall could accomodate the dining area as well. 2) A single stair is sufficient enough to fulfill the requirements. depending upon where it is placed. 3) A lounge on the first floor would add the charm to the upper floor and a large balcony may be if possible. 4) Some vegetation in the interior could make it lively. 5) I f a small courtyard if not a hindrance into the central area can make it more inclined towards nature since it would be good for light and ventilation. There are a lot of other small things possible depending upon the requirements and the structural probability.There doesnt seem to be the column and beam overlay over the plan which would be also helpful in designing.
