Option 4. I would not have more than 2 different cabinet finishes. Darker, grounded look for the base and island, with lighter, airier look for the uppers would balance the room.

@ Rupal shah thanks for your reply. Which other colors would you recommend other than grey and white? What do you think about something like aqua or teal colored laminate with this backsplash and black counter? I want the kitchen to look as fresh as it can.

Yes it works ! you should try black herringbone or fishbone pattern tiles for backsplash and grey back painted glass shutters or wooden finish laminated shutters. It will look classy.
