If you love that wallpaper, use it in bathroom. Not really right for behind bed. I would go a drum style chandelier. In a silk pale gold. Your bed looks zen or Asian to me. I love it. But, you don't. Need to much with it. Keep it simple a more formal drape on windows, color would depend on wall color and bedding. I'm thinking a dramatic peacock satin. Use a lighter same tone on walls a rich teal. Ceiling can be gold leaf. With alight that cast shadows on ceiling at night. Then your wall paper will tie in. Furn should be mirrored.

One option, I would get a very large rug so that all the chair legs and at least one corner of the sofa is on the rug. I think I would also bring the table set away from the window a little more. I think there is enough space to place the two-seater opposite the table in front of the window. or bring the table forward toward the kitchen ....... With the sofa centered to the large window. They probably will not be opposite each other, but at an angle which is still ok. They might seem more functional for the table set to be closer to the kitchen. Another option is two rugs in wide runners. Creating a walkway through the center of the room. Still thinking the sofa center of the right window. Just some ideas :-)

Hey Sara, This looks like an interesting challenge. There are a few things you can do. Firstly, you can add a partition to the end of the counter to create a screen. You could go for a jaali pattern or a solid partition based on how you decide to accessorize the space. Secondly, we can never go wrong with pendant lamps - reference image below. Thirdly, you can either choose to put a beautiful backsplash tile (small ones will look pretty) or you could install a wallpaper on the partition and the adjoining 2 walls - this is where you choose between solid and jaali partition. Either way they to keep the partition in white. Finally, rectangular is now boring. An oval mirror (given the assumed size of the space) will look pretty! We hope this helps!! The room looks dark since there is no window nearby. You can consider 2 Contemporary Pendant light on either sides of the sofa such that it falls low and avoid older fixtures. Painting the wall to a brighter color, changing the upholstery to match that and using laminate wood flooring, would also help.
