Personally I wouldn't paint the door and window but if you don't like it I'd paint it a soft white. I'd go for a pale but warm grey on the wall with full length curtains to match and add your favourite colour/s in accessories. If you're not keen on pale grey I'd go for an off white with a yellow undertone (farrow and ball do some great colours which would work) IF you can get an upholstered bed I would but if not add cushions and a throw. I'd also add a rug under the bed for softness. Do you have a ceiling light? A mirror and some great art would complete it. I wouldn't add a curtain to the wardrobes, I don't think it needs it

Hi - the door opening required for a Porsche 911 is such that parked like that - you wouldn't be able to leave your car anyway !!! Joking aside - is look to change the window position rather than swap the overall positions - as its better to go directly to the WIC rather than going through the bathroom to get to the WIC.

Pics would be good! All white can look either a little clinical or quite restful depending on your accessories/ accents colours. Wooden finishes will warm a white look. You could always put a nice plush rug down, which would soften the look and add a little comfort to the cold tiles.

Avoid designing L shaped wardrobe. Go for straight with sliding shutter for more free space. It's this layout as per vastu? If you want it to be as per vastu, send the North direction. Go for storage beds as to store bed linings and other accessories. For the decoration purpose, go for high head boards. For any other help, you're most welcome.
