Please let me know if I have understood you correctly. From what I have understood you are looking to place the bed on the window wall. If yes, then it won't be a good sight every morning that you wake up to see your bathroom door. If the dresser isn't a fixed niche you could swing your bed between the two dresser slots. That way when you walk into the room, it will make an impressive entry. Think about it! Regards.
