thnx for ur rply ... my requirment is four bedroom and measurmen of all bedroom and kitchen given in tha map kitchen is in south east direction and U shape kitchen size is 9×10.5 feet entrence is south direction unit 2 is my flooe master bedroom is 16×11 feet wid attech bath 5×8 feet in south west direction lobby and dinning space center of flat size is 17.9×19.9 feet and other three are 13×12 12×12 ; 15×11 two bedroom including master bedroom wid attech toilet and one comman toilet. plzz help me on this floor plan

Hi Padmaja, im pooja talwar, for maximum utilization of space u need to break in balconies if u have one and get french windows right till ground level. so you can have a lovely dining area there or low ground sitting area where u can get outside view and spacious look too. doors which open inwards or outwards can be split into 2 so the door flaps become smaller . use mirrors huge ones carved ones on walls to reflect a larger room. also u will have to place furniture which is smaller in size . shoe racks , and cabinets can be made tall instead of having it on ground .... place on the wall hanging shelves , tall cabinets , and storage cabinets. tv can be placed on wall done up with wooden pannel. have storage up on ceiling edges rather than any where down. hope these lil suggestions help you

Hello Mr Ranga Nathan Maintain a minimum width of staircase as 3ft, the space in between the flights can be reduced. If possible shift the pooja room toward the partition wall of the kitchen and living. Make a big window for good light and ventilation in the place of the existing pooja room. In the first floor remove 1 toilet and make the bedroom big. For the other bedroom Reduce the size of the balcony and increase the size of the bedroom. Use light colors for furniture and avoid heavy furniture and dark colors. Keep wall colors and curtain colors neutral . Add more mirrors.
