It would be ideal to give north direction for such reviews. To take this discussion further i am penning down certain points that you can rethink on:

- Confined Drawing room/ Living room-This is the area where most of the family members at home or people visiting would love to spend time hence having a little openness would make the space planning better . Having open Living and dining will also add up the additional area for small gatherings and will look inviting.

-Passage behind the living is quiet a dead space and is not integrating well with the flow,its making all other areas too clumsy to access.

-Both toilets are at the entrance which needs some serious thoughts both on sizes and dry area wet area segregation.

- bedroom window opening to the passage is not at all ideal scenario for simple two reason a) ventilation of the room is nil b) privacy aspect.

-Most of the usable /living area has no cross ventilation or direct ventilation need a serious thought on the same.

it's very important to understand that the home once built is the place were we spend rest of life . And for efficient living it is very important to understand the utilization of each room and the purpose of it .Practical thought should go along with the aesthetics as both are very important .Smart living can happen only when its clutter free.

Basically what i can understand now is priority is given only for vastu and other aspects of the design has been forgotten. My opinion would be redesigning the spaces along with vastu integration . A single idea of modification would not be feasible here. Please consider setbacks and other utility areas needed outside the residence as well ,for services integration.
