If possible switch the 2 cans along the wall (which are your pathway to the bath) on a separate switch and 3 way them to your bed and next to the bath. It sounds like the can above the bath door will work for the outside door as well. You can add a light to reach in closets ((We do a flat strip light mounted inside, over the closet door). Most fans have a handheld remote control. You can 3 way the 2 lights on the opposite wall to the door and bedside as well. With 9 ft ceilings- you won't have enough light for reading, but the table laps or wall mounted lamps will be useful there.

have been looking the market in Bangalore for experienced Contractors who can own the complete execution of electrical, plumbing, masonry, woodwork, according to the design we have in mind. we do not need a int. designer as most of our ideas are firmed up and clear. however the market seems to offer a structured service for interior designing rather than execution contractors. any suggestions?

SF Firstly, what kind of spaces Are you designing- residential, commercial etc., Which city are you located and focusing to get the client's. Cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai have adequate workforce/labor for interior work from carpentry to false ceiling to plumbing and painting. Select a sub contractor whom is well versed with materials first., I.e hardware's required for execution. Drawings are easy but finishing is the main criteria. What materials you want to go, which brands in you want to have? Plywood, laminites, Type of glass, Tiles, Light fitting s etc. Then you can fix the Deal!!
