Instead of suggestions we do have some questions,

GF 1- Do you need a bath that is 10 ft long? Its too close to your dining.

GF 2- Do you need a balcony in GF. What is the purpose? Given the space crunch it may be worthwhile to reduce the balcony space.

The bath is located at the far end and may be inconvenient for guests to walk through the entire home for a visit.

For a 3 BHK you have XXL size 3 balconies and one Terrace! May be you need that much open space, just give it a thought.

Kitchen is larger than most of the rooms. Do you need that size kitchen or can you swap it with adjoining room.
