I would fix any exterior storm grading issues first. Then fixt any windows or windows wells second. Fix the sump pumps, add backup pump, backup battery and problem signal. Next may sure basement is dry and then Laticrete Hydroban floors and walls. Wait and test the moisture content of room over humid perior like after rain. If moisture problem fixed then install whatever flooring you like without damaging the Hydroban seal.

Mohammad. I understand your program. You may be lost in the details at the moment. Please do follow and trust the advice given here by all these people. You are about to embark on a reasonably expensive journey. Get professional help with someone who you can sit down at a table and brainstorm with them your ideas and intentions. There are Architects and there are professional building designers who are members of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) who are well versed in projects such as yours. I personally love a design challenge. After 38 years designing homes and special use buildings I enjoy this type of challenge the most. I am in Ohio and may not be close to where you are but I am sure with a little investigation you will find the best design professional for you.

Thank you nagadeepti, but there is an issue, my father has already finished with the basic foundation,sump, and pillars when I tried to tell him about the option he said that its not possible to change the plan , Please let me know if there are any other option , i have included the ground floor plan as well ,I thought of swapping the bedroom to kitchen in first floor , let me know if its possible according to vastu since its north facing site with roads on both north and south . we have made slight changes instead of full utility in ground floor its only till kitchen , bedroom is extended to make 9*10, and kink for fridge is removed . balcony in second floor is removed . Kindly help if there are any other suggetion to make look house spacious. stairs to the terrace from outside has to be there. I know iam asking for more in a small space.but please help. finally this is the elavation we have decided on with a little bit of modification like extended balconies. Ok thanks. After SE extention 1. NE was cut 2. SW was cut 3. water tank above toilet in center of east. 1. NE cut - Just make a shed/pargola of same height as bathroom... put 4 poles beside staircase and put up a tin shed. 2. SW cut... build a store room with 4 poles, tin shed, wall of plywood or/else any material you can afford. Door from east work area. Or door preferably from inside the bedroom. This is the bedroom in SW corner which head of the family or bread earner should occupy. 3. Water tank and toilet is not causing much problem due to height. However; I am not sure if thats exact center of your whole plot. Doesnt seem so. If anyone living there facing litigations, financial troubles or unnecessary authority problems... Just pay 500rs to a known good vastu consultant and amend accordingly. Its not practical to advise seeing pictures only, there are many things to consider. Thanks
