Hi, I am not a professional but a enthusiast. I have 2 opinions for you. 1. Small Puja Mandir in place of Fridge and move the fridge near the Sink opposite to Dining. This will be probably very Small. But during Pooja, there will be good space. 2. The second opinion is based on questioning the need of 3 bathrooms. You can remove one attached bathroom and make it a big Pooja Room. Further, you can also play with the size of Bathroom and make it extremely small and accommodate both Pooja from outside and a small bathroom or powder behind it * Chosen practicality over Vaastu.

Few points to check as per vastu before the setup - 1) make a 81 grid map of the layout, 2) The pooja room should be on the east or north side ( 2 blocks on both the sides from NE) 3) The person should face East while praying. 4) The study room can be in the N/ NW of the house. 5) The study table should face North or East. 6) The NW side should be heavy i.e. load of the books should be more on the NNW of the room. 7) No toilets in the NE, NW, SE, SW (disha kon), northern and eastern part of the house. Hi Prashant, South-east corner plots are actually not good for residential purpose. It is very good for commercial purposes. But, if the house is built as per Vsstu Shastra, it can reduce the bad effects. 1. The South-East corner has to be built with a separate building like a shop, garage, small temple, E.B meter room, boiler room, separate toilet…etc. 2. Trees like Coconut tree, Neem tree, etc., can be planted in the south-east corner of the plot. 3. The kitchen must be in the south-east corner. There are many more remedies. Ground Floor : Few columns are too close to each other which is not required. As per Vastu, kitchen should be in south-east corner as this plot needs to follow Vastu strictly. A separate garage/security room need to be added to this plan. A portico will form in the north east corner as per the first floor plan which is strictly prohibited as per Vastu in south east corner plots. The planning is OK as per me, but your south east corner plot requires a lot of Vastu considerations. First Floor : If the toilet which in the north can be shifted anywhere else better go for it. In the long run, toilets can have seepage issues, which can spoil your living room roof. Generally, we prefer toilets over toilets and kitchen over kitchen. The basic reason for this is plumbing issues/to minimize the wastage of pipes. Hope this will help. Regards Prity
