There is room for an island if you don't require an eat-in kitchen. Personally I would switch the kitchen and the drawing room to allow some shared daylight for the dining room which isn't the best as there are circulation around it all all 4 sides.

Hello Neetu, Trying to explain the suggestions earlier made with an image. See if the following changes makes the space more usable and open. Please see the numbers marked on the attached image. 1- Open up Dressing Area. No need of closing it. 2& 3 Pull out the Porch and increase the room size. 4- Change the direction of toilet, increase the size and include handwash within it. 5 Open Living area will comfortably seat 6-8 people. 6,7 - If your designer agrees this will allow you to increase the room sizes. by 20 odd ft. 8- Close the kitchen door .
