Please don't forget you must have really good drains for this extra water load. Have you considered a tankless water heater? Or at least a separate water heater for the master so that the rest if the household still has a hot water supply and pressure balance. That's something to consider also. I've often wondered, I must admit, how all of this is supposed to work with energy saving measures in place.

Are you speaking of a glass shower enclosure? What is there now? If a shower what size? Please either pictures with dimensions or a floor plan to scale with dimensions.

Hi! We are purchasing a house that has to have one and a half bathrooms demolished due to water damage from previous owner. We have gone around in circles but we've decided not to do tile because we are terrible at maintenance. We are at the point where we are seriously considering just the Swanstone surrounds. However, there is a local artist that does epoxy resin bathrooms and I am considering hiring her. I think it could be a little more expensive to hire the artist, but we could more easily also get the floors taken care of and also replace the counter and backsplash on the vanity, thus saving us money from having to replace that, too. Does anyone have any experience with epoxy resin bathrooms in terms of the maintenance and longevity? Thank you!
