Have you ever thought about floating shelves? I think pairing a few floating shelves together would look great and would free up space in your living room. You don't have to give up your beloved pink. Pink, brown and grey are doable. I googled pink and grey living room and saw some great pictures. Maybe get a large carpet that pulls out the pink (must match the same shade of pink). Then place your beautiful little pink and cream Kashmir(?) carpet over it. Also pull that same pink into sofa pillows. And a similar pink and brown Tablecloth for the dining table will pull the colours together. Just need to make sure all the pinks are the same shade with small accents/border of the same brown and grey from the sofa. Solid colours or subtle designs will be easier to coordinate than bold dramatic prints. These 2 are not the right shade of pink but you get the idea, I hope. Carpets with tone on tone pattern. A dusty rose on one wall would be nice too.

I wouls get rid of 1/2 the pillows on the sofa too matchy add an area rug that is bright with some other colors to use for accents you have IMO too much brown so I would do blue drapes in the DR take the cloth off the table and add a blue and orange glass bowl for a centerpiece filled with green apples get some pillows in green and orange and a big piece of art work for the wall above the sofa and maybe a mirror on the DR wall and a fabulous light fixture for the DR an arc lamp behind the sofa in the corner so it comes out far enough into the room to light a coffee table.

If you want to give it a bigger look go for white texture paint or go for wooden panelling on one wall and rest with the paint
