Thanks a lot for your comment. I wouldn't exactly call it a walk in-closet. As you can see from the drawing, Its space provided for two single wardrobe (one on each side). Maximum width can be around 3.5 ft. The humidity point is quite relevant. The question is would it be possible to include a wet room in the space i.e. 6ft x 8.6ft. - considering I don't remove the dress wall. Wanted to get a sense on the possible layout. Hello Het, Why not consider white stone tiles floor and wall to create a seamless look... Wall hung loo and sink for a contemporary and modern look that's really fantastic and sleek whilst keeping the floor clean.. For a shower, wet room style or walk in shower with rectangular tray... Consider beautiful finishes like interesting taps and storage that is not just a mirrored cabinet.. I'll find some images. The focus for the first ones are the fittings.. (the tiles aren't white I know) but to show you what I mean... : )) Shower/bath in stone or concrete... Bathtub!

Fareham, Although from your description it appears to be grouting gone wrong thing but attached pics tell a different story. The size of floor tiles selected is not appropriate. It appears that someone may have walked over the tiles while the cement was still wet. If waterproofing was not done properly then these things may eventually snowball into a bigger problem. Looking at the pics , we would not recommend you to call the same contractor anywhere near your place again. It will be costly fix but it should be redone (at least the flooring tiles) to avoid further damages. Thanks, Nitin Cornerstone Designs, Bangalore.

Just to clarify, changing the direction of the comod would give you more space outside the cubicle door. This is however considering you get a smaller tub, it would otherwise be difficult to mount. The present location of the comod seems inconvenient since it does not leave a lot of room and cannot be flipped in lieu of the column. If you can device a way around it, the plan is good. Di consider an independent, standing basin. They look good and take up lesser space. There will however be lesser and not to mention separate slab space.
