Need help for laminate selection for tv unit

Can anyone suggest me what kind of laminate should I choose for a small simple tv unit of 6 ft wide. My husband likes wood grain high gloss but I feel it's too glossy what is latest trends and which is better it's for a living room of 13 by 20. there is also a under stairs storage that's in same space.

Hi Maam,

By kind, do you mean the types of laminate example gloss, matte, textured ETC or do you want a suggestion for the design finishes or color patterns? Lemme know as I need to get the facts clear before i suggest anything as there are other options besides the laminates as well : )

Hello bobbi, Here are the pictures. 1) tv unit area 2) opposite wall ( area for sofa) , 3) enterance ( please suggest something near the enterance area that incorporates shoe rack and a medium length partition that doesn't look very crowded). 4) dining area. As I had mentioned that we are looking at contemperory designs that are modern interiors with minimalist in furniture to give more of peaceful ambiance. You can orient your living room seating, and create a partition which does not go all the way to the ceiling: this enabling a visual barrier, space for tv unit and other display pieces and still have the openness and have large space still intact. Contact for further dialogue. And all the best!
