I have a question, why is it that this part of your space doesn't have a false ceiling and you have preferred to leave it exposed with all the conduits and cables? It looks as if, the space where you've given the false ceiling is a prime area which is just adjoining this place and anybody can have a peek into that area. If you have the cables running all over and over the edge of the vertical portion of the ceiling, you might as well leave the channels exposed, what difference does it make if the channels are exposed? If you're indeed particular about the ugliness created then I suggest, just cover it with a false ceiling after reconciling and re-routing all the cables and making appropriate openings for the cables to go to the desired places. You need to post a picture which shows the overall schematics for better advice, since I do not know what is the space planned for.

In my suggestion, now one should have different color schemes for different areas and rooms. Painting the whole house in just one color might make the interiors dull. Hello Anil, Some points to check as per vastu, 1) Your plot is not 90 degrees. 2) Never position the beds in any of the angle directions i.e. in the drawing two of the bedrooms showing beds positioned in the corner. SW position gives restlessness, Nw is the moon side so it will affect the person with weak/strong moon accordingly. 3) As in the drawing your main entry is in the SE corner which should be avoided. 4) Stairs up and down position is not given, so can't comment on that. 5) Column positions are not specified in the drawing so marm sthan and bramh sthan cannot be checked if there is any problem.
